How to exchange a product?

Follow the steps below if you want another product:

  • Return the product.
  • If you would like to send us a product.
  • We will resend you the order of the product you want.

When should you return the product to us?

  • If you are not satisfied with the product you received.
  • If the size is not right when you try it on.
  • If the product was damaged during shipping (to prove this, you will need to take a video of opening the package to show that you have inspected the products you received).
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, even though it has been inspected before the package was sent. This is a warranty issue .
  • It is also a warranty issue if, despite using the product as directed, it is damaged in any way (e.g., the zipper breaks, the seams come loose).
  • Damage resulting from improper use of the product that results in the product not being returned and will not be returned (e.g. worn or broken shoes, torn t-shirt, torn jacket, broken earplugs, t-shirts washed at inappropriate temperatures - discolored). Manufacturing defects are very easy to distinguish from non-manufacturing defects, so for these types of defects, do NOT return ANYTHING without prior consultation.

How to return the product to us?

  1. If you don't have it, download the [ return form!] Download it digitally (Adobe Acrobat Reader, fill-in function) or print it.
  2. Pack the product with the completed return form (if you filled it out digitally, you can simply email it) ! Also pack the shoe box.
  3. Please return it to the following address (this is the recipient) : Pit Box Kft. 2600 Vác, Rádi út 1-3.
  4. Under no circumstances should you request a cash on delivery service! No cash on delivery packages will be accepted and will be returned to you!

Once we receive the package and have checked its condition and reconciled the details if necessary, we will initiate the refund with the financial service providers. The amount will be credited to your account within two weeks , as indicated by the bank.

  • Return the gift you received! You can choose a new gift when ordering a replacement product. If you do not return the gift, we will not be able to refund you .
  • Packages should be sent to the following address: Pit Box Kft. 2600 Vác, Rádi út 1-3 - (if you send it to the address on the invoice, no one will receive it).
  • We do NOT accept COD packages! In this case, the package will be returned to you.
    We only accept returns of products in their original condition and with intact packaging. Products that are dirty, washed, smelly, torn, broken, wrinkled, or worn will NOT be accepted . If you send us such a product, we will resend it to you for 9.90 euros. If you cancel your order, you will NOT be refunded!
  • Dirty shoes with dusty soles will NOT be accepted! If returning shoes, please pack the shoe box ! We will NOT accept a full shoe box, regardless of its contents!
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded. Choose the cheapest supplier!
  • If you have chosen to pay online, we will refund the value of the returned goods directly via your chosen payment platform.
  • If you paid for your order by cash on delivery or bank transfer, please provide us with your bank account number and we will refund the value of the returned goods.
  • The refund will be credited to your account within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
